We want you to feel free and explore! We want you to be satisfied.

RETURN FOR REFUND

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in its original condition for a full refund within this time frame. Once it’s received, your item/s will be inspected to check for its condition. You will be notified via email once the item has been received and your refund has been issued!

To complete your return, we will verify your purchase from out site.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

You may return your order for an exchange in size/color within 30 days of purchase. Your exchange order will be sent for processing immediately after your exchanged item has been received. If you would like to exchange for a different style, please complete a return for a refund. Discounts will not transfer to new orders.

All returns must be shipped with a tracking number so both parties can track the package. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you send them back without a tracking number.

Applicable to all returned items, you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to our warehouse.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@luxyogaclothing.com.

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and not caused by the normal wear and tear.

All sale items cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
